Does anyone know if this latest patch covers the vulnerability announced Nov
13th re: hackers accessing cookies? The reason I ask is that I downloaded
this latest patch and then subsequently when I was at the windows update
site it showed I didn't have the cookies critical update installed.
However when I tried to install this it was a failed installation every time
(like 5 times). Strange.

Thanks,

David
