Adaptive Adx using Hilbert Transform

Hello omega-list,

  Will someone that has the Sept 2001 issue of Futures do me the favor
  and tell whether the article, "Building a Trading Robot", has the
  EL for an an adaptive ADX?  Apparently it use the Hilbert Transform
  to make the ADX adaptive.  If you've loaded this code would you mind
  sharing.
