A little background...
.
For 25 years, 7 months and 17 days, I was with a major American-city police
department. During my career, a significant time was spent investigating
organized criminal activity. It wasn't long before the conspiracy statutes
became an indispensable tool to successful criminal conspiratorial
prosecutions. (The Feds call this RICO - Racketeering and Influence of
Corrupt Organizations.)
.
The beauty of a conspiracy that often the criminal right hand doesn't know
what the criminal left hand is doing. AND THE PROSECUTION DOESN'T HAVE TO
PROVE THAT THEY DID KNOW. The prosecution only has to show that an ultimate
criminal event occurred because a number of entities conspired together to
bring the criminal event to fruition.
.
How does this relate to Clinton and 9-11? An indictment against Billy
Buffoon for the WTC murders should be a given! More and more evidence that
Clinton was at the least negligent but more than likely irresponsible in
stopping terror attacks against the US is seeing the light of day. If not
the "Commander-in-Chief", then who, should have taken a aggressive position
against terrorist when the first Marines were killed, instead of whining
about his "missed chance for greatness" after several thousand civilians
were slaughtered on 9-11?
.
Through his megalomaniacal negligence, is not Clinton a passive participant
in causing 9-11, in that he consciously did nothing - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING -
currently and historically, to protect America and Americans against
terrorism?
.
And because of his numerous, pre 9-11 negligent omissions of misfeasance and
malfeasance to combat terrorism (not including the aspirin-factory episode),
should not Clinton be considered and held accountable, however remotely and
passively, for a part in the bin-Laden related conspiracy of terror?
.
