This is a known bug with their install process and is documented on there 
website.  If I recall, it's because you just finished installing another 
patch before that and your Windows temp folder didn't get cleaned out.

There is another bug I've run into in that it tries to install an update to 
Windows MDAC (sp?).  After the "install", it must reboot.  After the 
reboot, it says it needs to install the MDAC update.  After the "install", 
it must reboot.  After the reboot, it says it needs to update...  And the 
cycle continues.

Both of these bugs are mentioned at

2 items.
