install TS2K on Win XP?

Hi folks,

I'm trying to install TS2K SP5 on Windows XP Pro and I'm experiencing some
problems.
When it will be done, I'll then copy the whole omegareseach folder from my
older disk.

Here below is how I tryed to install TS2K:

I begin with my CD containing TS2K SP3, then I upgrade it to:
SP4
SP4C
so far no problems but when I try to install SP5, my customer nubmer
disappears and no workspace can be opened!

So, which files do I have to replace /delete and which I don't ?
