Given that the data exists, then it would seem the challenge is to
(strongly) request that TradeStation sends the data. Let's compile a list of
symbols to put to them. (no pun intended). The timing could be appropriate
as OptionStation is being integrated into TS Pro.

There isn't any code worth mentioning. It's just a matter of getting the
data, which isn't that easy. Most quote services don't have all (or any
of) his numbers. Quote.com probably comes the closest to having the p/c
and a/d numbers he uses but they don't have all of them.
