This is not possible.  A "tick bar" results NOT as a function of time, but
as a function of "market activity" - how many contracts are being traded per
"x" number of ticks.

In a "normal" S&P market (if there is such a thing nowadays), a 13-tick bar
"equates" to about a 1 minute bar.

Why not try monitoring two charts - your "x"-tick bar chart (however many
ticks you want per bar) and whatever number of a tick-bar that equates to a
"3-minute" duration of time.

Besides, I don't think TS will "let" you mix tick-bar and time-bar windows
on one workspace.  Could be wrong...Lord knows it isn't the first time!
