: All data feeds have bad ticks. Use a filter such as referenced below to
: prevent bad ticks from entering your indicators, systems, etc. Note that
: the filter does not find the correct value of a price but eliminates the
: bar with the bad price from being used in your indicators, systems, etc.
: Two parameters are dealt with in the example, any bad high price
: (according to your judgement) and an average without any bad high price.

This is not an issue about bad tick(s). It is the more about the
reliability of the datafeed, the inability to correct data by hand and the
lack of technical support...with TS Pro, the user(s) CANNOT correct bad
ticks nor can the user(s) correct any stock splits.

I spent the better of the morning trying to get them to fix this stock split
instead of trading it. More than that, this screwup on their end cost us
some $$$. We were short MSCC from yesterday at 57.84 and came in this
morning to see this horrendous chart. We immediately got flat while while
MSCC dropped as low as 53.55. I would have gotten stopped out at 54.10
instead of getting out at 58.03. The way I see it, Omega owes us at the very
least an apology.
