Off topic: Borland C++

I'd like to port to Linux, a DOS charting package, written
in 1994 with Borland's Turbo C++ 3.0.  (I have full source
for the charting package.)

Early problem is graphics.h.

Anyone familiar with an open-source replacement for above,
or any Linux graphics packages suitable for charting?
