32nds stored as 4 decimal places?

Dear List,

I want to print out prices for US in TS4:
print(C:0:5);

It takes 5 decimal places to accurately represent 32nds. So 105^01 should be
printed as 105.03125, but it is actually printed as 105.03130. It appears
that TS is representing 32nds internally as 4 decimal places. Yet if that
were true, the traded by trade reports would be slightly off, which they are
not. What gives?

TIA,
Scott Hoffman
