Have worked with both Win2K and XP (as well as the 9x versions), and must
echo a loud agreement with your findings.

The only downside will be for users who have older hardware; I had to
forsake my ancient P2/400 setup for a P3/866 MB/CPU.  Not the absolute
latest, but priced very nicely at this time.  Upgrade cost was < US$300.

Setup is a breeze, and have not been blue-screened yet...  as I have with
Win2K.  TS2K runs fine, even running a fair number of other apps in the
background.
