What can one expect to pay for end of day download for USA stocks for the
major exchanges ?

The virtue of this stuff is it can be handled by the Omega
Downloader (it masquerades as Dial Data). This is especially
nice if you want thousands of stocks. Doing ASCII data for
that many is atrocious. And it works over the internet.
They recently upgraded their servers, and it is FAST.
