recovery of lost data in 2000i GS

Global server has not been able to recover (esignal) data for some symbols
after relaunching following an unexpected computer shutdown and restart .
(W2K Pro operating system) This may have been caused by a power surge or
power outage.

Is there a procedure that I can use to either find or recover the tick data
the previously resided under some GS symbols?
