o.T visual mail notification

Hello,

bothered from all the PC sounds I would like to get a visual notification if
I get a new mail.
Does anyone know if there is such a tool which work together with Outlook
and which will pop up a window on my screen with "You have mail" (like in
the Hollywood movies *g).
