Here We Go Again - Can't Access Historybank

Can someone please send me either an XPO or OMZ file for QQQ tick data
for July 16?
It does not seem to be available in Historybank.

Also, I have looked at the ascii-OMZ converter at TSsupport.com for use
with E-Signal (which I just set up today) How do you get an ascii file
for intraday data from E-Signal?
