The Holy Grail method as used by LBR in her chatroom is a DISCRETIONARY
method.
It has evolved from its book description.
She emphasizes 5 and 15 and 60 minute pattern recognition.
And uses several other items: $TICK, TRIN, Momentum to get into trades.
Many of these ideas are mentioned in the book separately.
She uses a 3 point stop in the Big SP, with trailing stops.
I think there is too much involved to system trade it.
Others on this list have posted "system results" as poor.
She has said as much in her chatroom.
