Try Dave DeLuca's QCollector2 @ http://www.mechtrading.com/qcollector

I use it on ten second intervals to feed Spooz data to an otherwise EOD
program
with Quote.com as my data feed.

It's a pip!  Works flawlessly with ASCII and MetaStock data.  You don't even
know
it's there!
