For me, a better alternative to the Pacific Commware Turbo 920 card (ISA
only, as I recall) has been the Digi AccelePort Xr 920, 2 port PCI card from
Digi International. Complete information at www.digi.com. This card has a
throughput of 921.6 Kbps and has performed flawlessly for the last nine
months with DTN satellite, TS2K and Win2000. My tick counts have
consistently been among the highest in the comparisons reported on this
list, with very little or any delay in futures quotes.

In March, 2000, the card was available on the net at CDW for $198. I bought
mine for a similar price from a local Digi distributor. I have not needed
service or support but feel more confident dealing with a large, established
company like Digi. I have no experience, good or bad, with Pacific Commware
but do remember some complaints voiced on this list about their service.
The usual disclaimer applies - no connection, etc.

Regards,
Jim Alvis
