Oscillators

Hi:

In the July, 1996, issue of Futures magazine, page 38, there is an article
about an Oscillator called the Dynamic Momentum Oscillator, also called
"Dynamo".

I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with this Oscillator.
Does it do what it claims to do?  What are your opinions of this oscillator?
Does anyone know of a ELA source for this oscillator?
