Jim,

Anyone knows that TL will be the ultimate software for sophisticated programmers.
No doubt at all, and I for one will never say the contrary, knowing who Bob Brickey is.

But it is not a software for the common trader that are not confident with VB programming and this list is devoted to Omega software first.
Knowing the difficulties that people have to understant Easy language, this is not really the palce to discuss TL features and prices here.

Concerning the $2000 yearly fee, this is true if you choose the option of paying this yearly fee that gaves some advantages and includes 20 hours of phone consulting with a TL engineer. This is maybe what confused some people here.

I will never regret to have invested my time in mega software for more than 10 years, because if I was enforced to wait the delivery of such new programs, I would never have done anything serious during these 10 last years.

An I'm not the only one in this case, and will not spend my time to rewrite, readapt all o what I currently suse for a benefit that is not obvious to me, even if the new software has more capabilities than TS ( my point being that with proper DLL coding and some additional tools , I have always been abale to do EXACTLY what I wanted to do , with an existing and proven software named TradeStation).

I suggest that you wait TL version2, and let us go back to the main subject of this list that is Omega Research products .

Sincerely,

-Pierre Orphelin
