The 1010 Wall Street news service (available from e-signal as an add-on
to their data feed) provides a daily estimate of the S&P Fair Value,
the Premium and the Buy and Sell points. Its usually available around
9:00 each morning, and seems pretty accurate as the premium usually
moves between these bounds that day.
