i no longer use bmi and ts4 (switched to ts2K about 4 mos. ago), but i had
the exact same problem as you with lmg.a.
i could never, ever, get lmg.a to work! i went around and around with bmi
and never got satisfaction.

bmi claimes that they are transmitting data under those symbols.
omga claims that my server is setup right.
yet i do not collect intraday ticks on neither symbol!!!!
