Al Gietzen's book, Real Time Futures Trading, 1992, is v.good, has some
v. interesting concepts, also includes some material on cycles. Strongly
recommended.
His next, more recent book with a different title ( don't remember the
title) is almost a copy of his 1st book and I returned it after realizing
what it was.
