Anyone care to comment on the validity of setting the Bar Length based on
certain divisors ?

In an article at his website he says that he divides the
daily trading session, measured in minutes, by 2, 4, 8 etc.
to get harmonic smaller cycle lengths derived from the
cycles on daily charts. I havn't bought his material, so
I don't know further details...
