Getting an I/O search error in powereditor, what to do?

Have not had this before, it occured today, and only occurs when verifying
studies. Not all times, but sometimes.

I have exited all omega programs, did not help. I have rebooted the
computer, does not help.

Anyone know what this is? Is it dangerous? Can I fix it in some way?
