S&P Expiration / Rollover Program

The attached executable file, date2jd.exe, is a command-line program which,
given a date, displays the corresponding pseudo-Julian day # and the number
of days remaining till expiration and till rollover of the front contract.

Simply execute the program from the command line.  It will ask for the date
and show a template for that date:  ddMmmyyyy (note that day must always be
given as two digits, such as "03", and the 1st letter of month must be
upper-case.)  Permissible abbreviations for month are:

Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec
