Kent,

I had the same problem, though others do not.  The problem is the updated
Signal ROS.  No good answer -- what I did was to go back to an older
version, but I cannot get Dow quotes since it is over 10400.   But do not
get the download for no reason.  Omega suggested a number of things which
did not help, then gave up.

I can email you the old ROS that works if you want to try it.  Let me know.
