Yes I had that problem in installing Build 24 recently. I had to download
Build 21 from Omega's web site and re-apply it. In installing Build 21 you
may want to click No when asked if you want a new Symbol Universe, since the
Build 21 Symbol Universe would be out of date by now. There are warnings
as to how dumb you are to click No to a "new" Symbol Universe, but it works
fine. Then simply apply Build 23 and Build 24.
