It's no big change - only affects about 1/3 of the stocks - those that
were listed before some date. Those listed after could already be traded
by NYSE members on the ECNs. What everybody is waiting for is the
merging of the bid/ask books from the ECNs and the NYSE. Grasso seems to
favor it but there's resistance from some of the big zebras on the
exchange.
