I am running TS4 on a PII 400 w/192 and a lota ticks (including most all
cash forex ticks) with first 23 and now 24, and have notices no difference
between current and 21.  Not to say that it wasn't there in 21.  Unless I
screw up something non TS, I reboot only once a week.

Where I have seen major leakage is in clipboarding charts to other programs.
