The administrator at Des Moines U. said Layne was a doctor.  That's not the 
issue.  Evidently the administrator of the email service at the Univ. was 
sure enough that this was a spam within the definition that they use when 
they prohibit such behavior in their usage agreements or he would not have 
cut off the doctor's email access.   As a lowly email administrator, you 
don't piss off a valued alumnus of your Univ and member of the medical 
fraternity unless you're very sure of your grounds.
