Linear, but...
To recap my follow-up note, the problem was found to be that one of the
price scales 'freezes' and no longer changes. As mentioned by another list
member having the same problem, it is sometimes *not* evident that this
has happened. I did not discover the actual cause for a while, but posted
a follow-up note when I did discover the real cause. It has happened
twice, so far.
