and i wouldn't use it if they did. hacker idealism is fine, but linux's
continuing future success will be motivated by profit, ie, red hat. if
ya doubt me, read steven levy's "hackers--heroes of the computer
revolution." i'll use red hat linux or a superior variant when there's
a trading platform running on it that i can BUY or LEASE.
likewise, trader's don't give away their trading secrets either.
capitalism and idealism don't mix.
