I have used Dial Data w/Omega CD for a couple of years, mainly because of
the Omega Downloader composite builder and many of the indices they have are
not readily available (inexpensively) elsewhere.  My big complaint is that
it locks up the computer (Win 98, p400,  192M) when it is distributing data,
building composites, etc. for several minutes.  Data quality is not great,
especially indices.  For example, often not updating for several days at a
time, errors that are never corrected, etc. I have never really scrutinized
stock data.  For futures data I strongly prefer CSI.
