Quotes Plus. Great stocks and funds EOD data. The best part of the prog is a
scan package which is truly phenomenal - v fast, write your own scans or TA
indicators, fundies, etc. Cheap, fast and clean data. Available @ 4:30
Eastern time - 2-3 min download for 11,000 symbols. Splits & cleanup
automatic. GET reads its data directly, other progs read as MetaStock data
through a virtual MS. Check there web site. Gives you NotePad editable list
files of scans or you can make your own text list in NotePad. IRL Groups.
Less than $20/mon. Use Omega and GET to review scanned down results. Scan
Lists results can be directly opened up in QCharts as a watch list with a
few clicks. What's more - (novel these days) tech is great. The owner, Gary
Lyben, even answers e-mail and reports back on problem and complaints.
You'd think I owned the place, but I am just a user. I beta tested v2 and
Gary listened, got back on, and added almost all suggestions from the beta
group - added indicators, scan capabilities, etc.
