Re: TestSym

Dear BMI,

I understand your bandwidth concerns. However, it is very important to many
of us on the Omega-list to have this "TestSym" data available. Maybe you
would consider transmitting the "TestSym" only after regular trading hours
when the bandwidth used is very small. For example, you could transmit the
"TestSym" data from 4:15pm EST to 9:30AM EST. This would allow us to develop
our systems after trading hours using the "TestSym" and wouldn't use the
bandwidth during the day time hours. This seems like a workable solution
which addresses both BMI's bandwidth concerns as well as the many BMI users
who need this "TestSym" data.

We appreciate your consideration and look forward to your reply.
