To Mr. Thomas R. DeMark and the Omega-List in general,

I normally make it a policy not to reply to any message the "biters" have
tainted with their unique form of venom. However, my name came up once
again and, in light of the subject matter, I will throw in my penny weight.

I hope the statement above explains to the deserving readers my notable
silence on this forum. "Police your own" if you expect my help..

If any person has in his possession EasyLanguage code, relating to Mr. Tom
DeMark, which I have written then they should IMMEDIATELY delete that code
BECAUSE the act of possessing it may be a violation of U.S. and/or
International copyright laws.

I do assure you that I have AT NO TIME released to the public EasyLanguage
Code relating to Mr. DeMark's methodologies that was NOT protected by
password and copyright statements. If any person has violated that
protection then they ARE in violation of the law. I will leave out ethical
considerations, I believe that ALMOST everyone who reads this message will
understand that subject with out my wasting bandwidth.

With the sole exception of my consulting clients, who have paid for Custom
Programming, unprotected code has NEVER been released. I will further
state that I have NEVER released a trading system using Mr. DeMark's
methodologies.

I can state that Mr. DeMark trades using a number of non-correlated
studies as confirmation tools. Please, Tom, correct me if my phraseology
is imprecise, or even incorrect.

Your friend and colleague,
	Samuel

I reiterate a previous offer. Whenever a message appears that deserves my
attention please forward a copy to myself or my staff so I may reply in a
timely manner. I no longer read the individual messages due to the
incessant noise on this list. I do, however, truly love to help and to teach.
