SERVER SYSTEM MESSAGES

CTREE ERROR: ADDING PRICE BLOCK 0 1 2

 I started getting the above error message on 11/18/98.  It appears and
disappears by itself several times a minute.  After the markets closed
yesterday I rebooted and that did solve the problem until now at 1:07
est time, the error is appearing again.

Does anyone know what this is and how I should solve this error messge?
