Alpha-Beta Trend

     I'm looking for information on a study called Alpha-beta trend.The 
     only refernce I can find is a Stocks & Commodities April 1989 article 
     by Anthony Warren.
     
     Does anyone have the EL code for this study or can point me in the 
     direction of any further information on the study
