You'll need to go fully electronic to get the lowest rates I've found.
Absolute rock bottom I've found for e-mini only trading is
www.timberhill.com using the TimberHill system at $5 per side with $10
minimum all inclusive e.g. $20/rt for size of 1-2, $30/rt for 3. PMBe at
www.prods.com (discount division of PMB) offers electronic trading of most
of the major contracts via TimberHill system + PMBe front end for $15.70/rt
all inclusive (no $12.50 clearing fees added). Those considering fully
electronic trading would do well to establish a second account with one of
the majors at regular rates for backup and offset. Monthly volume will get
you substantial breaks at most firms.
