3 things determine commission.

1) Volume.
2) Broker assistance.
3) Account size.

You've stated that you have no need for research. However there is more to
broker assistance than that. Do you have lots of contingent orders. Does
your method require a broker to enter a boatload of orders most of which
will never be filled? How closely does your broker need to watch the market
for you? All of these factor in. Before anybody could give you a reasonable
answer, you must give all the information.
