There was an outage due to uplink problems that affected all satellite
customers.
heavy rains in Atlanta was the cause.

You may also experience brief outages in the afternoons for the next couple
of weeks due
to the satellite eclipsing the sun. The sun being behind the satellite
swamps out the data.
