Re: Bad daily data?

I think I'd be safe in saying that the daily bar is dead wrong. The daily data I
download from Pinnacle matches your intraday except for the close:
1393.00,1415.00,1389.50,1402.75,5631,9376. DTN closing data: 1389.50, 1415.00,
1389.50, 1402.75. Note that DTN and BMI data feeds are both sourced from Bridge
so I'd be surprised if the final BMI closing data is different from the DTN
closing data.

Subject: Bad daily data?

Any guesses why my daily data would not agree with my tick data?

I get realtime data from BMI. For certain symbols, the daily data
doesn't jive with the data I see in N-minute bars. For example,
today's intrady bars for ND8U show an OHLC of 1393.0, 1415.0, 1389.5,
and 1403.0. But the daily bar has an OHLC of 1405.0, 1405.0, 1400.0,
1405.0.

Normally when I notice this, I can edit the daily data and patch it.
It's a serious pain in the keister and I'd rather find out what's
causing it and fix it. But today I can't even do that! When I first
edited the daily data, I noticed the fields in the edit dialog didn't
match either the today's intraday OHLC or the daily-bar OHLC. And
when I saved the changes, it didn't affect the daily bar at all!

Help??
