According to the specs, LeoWeb > CUBS is limited to market, limit, and stop
orders so all other types of orders will always be detoured to the TOPS terminal
and then run/flashed into the pit.

I wouldnt use LIMIT but MIT (as said in an earlier post) and combine both
orders with an OCO - so you dont have to cancel the other as soon as the first
one gets hit but its done automaticly and you cant forget that.
