Perhaps. But if your last post was representative of your knowledge of
copyright law, our friend has little to worry about.
Here's a better idea. Why doesn't one of the list members who has the code
for it publish system results for it? Then we can have a better idea of
whether the code you are so zealously guarding is crap or not, which I
assume is the original purpose of these escapades anyway.
