The DDE link module is built into Build 20 and Build 21 of Version 4 of
the Omega Server. Use the syntax in Appendix B of the Server Manual.
Note that there is a typo in one of the examples: the character between
OMEGA_SERVER and LIVEQUOTE is | (not [).
Bugs to be aware of:
1. Historical chart data is essentially impossible to obtain on futures
with two sessions.
2. Live quotes on stocks (which report transaction volume, unlike
futures) incorrectly report a transaction volume of zero for down ticks;
however, the total volume is correct so that transaction volume can be
derived with a little arithmetic.
