Who is Mark Brown and why do some continually resurrect his name?  Why do you care?

I don't look at MB as an enemy.  In fact I think he has a tremendous
amount of skill and has been very badly treated on this list.  If that
is what the code is that he (THE CODE) has sent to the list then that is
too bad, because there are a number of newbies on this list that could
use a lot help.  Maybe this "code" can be used by the newbies to learn
as much as they can.

I just was pointed out what I see in "The Codes" postings.
