I downloaded a program for free from Doug Deming's site called GLOBTIME. It
synchronizes your computer's internal clock to the atomic clock at the Naval
Observatory, +/- 1 second. You'd be surprised how inaccurate the internal
clock of your computer is. Mine is off 7 seconds a day. For reference, my
$12. casio watch is off only about 5-7 seconds/ month.
