EWs are right there with Pivot Points (what ever flavor) and Fibos.  I do use them under the one caveat that they are really only potential reference points of congestion.  None of them show a hard stop/turn except in hindsight.  And if they blow through, there is always the next stop on the trolley.  For me, this was one of those epiphany moments that had a double reward.  REALLY improved my trading and I stopped squandering my winnings on "another perspective" of how to use them.

When I really like them is when there is a "congestion" of EW, PP S/R and Fibos in the same tight area.  Kind of like going from a paper wall to a cinder-block one.

Right now I am looking at EURAUD on a 15min chart I am short on.  There is a 38.2/1.4935 fibo it just broke under and a daily S1 PP at 1.4927.  It is bouncing between those 2 points.  Indicators showing a weaking of the down move pressure.  It is in a congestion point and digesting what had just previously happened.

I have attached a pic.  Will have to wait and see what happens.  You can see how it did the same between Fibos 50% and 61.8%

I want to learn how to second guess myself and redraw waves in hindsight and say it was wave 3 or 4 or 5 or minor wave in between.
