Go to the "Symbols" section of Expert
Pick one symbol (e.g., Up Arrow) and in the Condition section code the Buy condition and then add an "And" statement saying the condition does not meet the fractal
Next pick a 2nd symbol (e.g., Thumbs up) and in the Condition section code the fractal condition and then add an "And" statement saying the condition does not meet the buy
Next pick a 3rd symbol (e.g., Diamond) and in the Condition section code the fractal condition and then add an "And" statement saying the condition also meets the buy

Without seeing your code, it sounds like you are trying to get 2 signals on the same bar?

the expert can only display "1" signal on any given bar!

now what you want is a "two condition" signal to display ahead of a "one condition" signal.

to do that you have to list the two condition signal ahead of the one condition signal on the signal tab of the expert!
